What others are saying
I met Debra when I was at a transition point in my career. She helped me lay out a vision and a plan for my future that has guided me the last two years. She took a comprehensive approach to help evaluate not just my career but how a can enjoy a balanced life. Deb is not afraid to ask the challenging questions that help you dig to discover what you are really looking for. Deb is professional yet personal in her approach and has a variety of tools and strategies to help you reach your goals. If I had not worked with Debra I would have spent the last two years floundering and wondering if I was making the right choices. With my plan in hand I had the confidence to stay the course to accomplish both my career and personal goals. I will be forever grateful to Debra that she gently guided me through a fragile period in my life.
At a recent point in my life I had the opportunity to explore career options at a pretty high level. My current career was intense, with broad exposure in what I saw was a unique, narrowly defined market. Deb was instrumental in helping me evaluate career opportunities that bring me satisfaction. Using her listening skills and professional tools she helped me explore my experiences and marketable transferable skills that I am now able to apply in several different career directions that I find truly valuable and satisfying!
My work with Deb was extremely valuable. She is highly trained, experienced, and genuinely interested in her clients’ goals and professional development. Deb’s insightful questions and thoughtful feedback helped me to better understand my strengths and abilities, and see opportunities that weren’t on my radar previously.
