Transportation at Dal
Starting in 2009, ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University's Office of Sustainability, in collaboration with DalTRAC, has conducted the annual ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University Commuter Study. The study aims to collect information on those who frequent ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University's multiple campuses, to understand how students, staff, and faculty travel.
Why Do We Do The Survey
- To understand travel habits such as mode choice, travel distance, destinations, and travel time.
- To identify sustainable travel behaviours among students, staff, and faculty, as well as identify the state of ongoing sustainability projects and initiatives.
- To provide data that will support developing and expanding sustainable projects and initiatives.

As a member of the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ community, participating in the commuter survey will mean your experiences traveling to, from, on, or between campuses will help shape the future of mobility at ´ºÓêÖ±²¥.
